Chitwan, Feb. 12: Former President Dr Ram Baran Yadav has opined that the three levels of the governments should be oriented to implement the constitution.
Speaking at function organized to mark 55th anniversary of Laxmi Secondary School in Bharatpur Metropolis-4 in the district today, Ex President Yadav shared that the federal, provincial, and local governments should work for full implementation of the constitution.
He also added that the country had made its maximum efforts to promulgate the constitution therefore all should be united to institutionalize the new federal set up as per the constitution.
Yadav also opined for improving the quality of education in community schools. RSS
