Kathmandu, Mar. 15: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Gokul Banskota, has urged the Press Council Nepal to bring forth result-oriented programmes within a week.
At an annual review meeting of Press Council concluded here Friday, Minister Banskota said any sort of proposal with result-oriented objectives could be brought into implementation.
On the occasion, Acting Chairperson of Council, Kishor Shrestha, stressed the need of making the Council more effective. He pointed out the need of timely passage of the acts and guideline to the looked after by the Council.
