Dolakha, Feb. 6: Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Kamal Thapa has said as the recent elections of local level, and provincial and federal parliaments have resulted in debacle to the party, it would now rise from the street, by raising the agenda of people's economic prosperity.
In course of his inspection visit to Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Project site Tuesday, Chairman Thapa who is also the DPM and Energy Minister observed, "The split and merger of the party in the wake of the election, alliance with Nepali Congress, and machination of internal and foreign forces are the major reason behind party's failure in the election."
The DPM further said the present government would continue until the third week of February. "I've come to inspect the hydropower, as it is the backbone of country's prosperity."
He also talked to his party cadres and directed them to raise the issues against corruption and irregularities from the very grassroots. RSS
