Chitwan, May 17: The Narayagadh-Muglin road stretch that was opened for traffic during the day for 10 days citing elections will be closed again starting tomorrow. The road will be shut from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for the ongoing expansion work, according to the road expansion project engineer Shiva Khanal.
The work will now be expedited following the return of the workers who had left for their respective constituencies to take part in the local-level elections held on May 14. The road has achieved 47 per cent progress so far and the project targets to blacktop 12 kilometers before coming monsoon, Khanal added. (RSS)
