Kathmandu, Dec. 8: The Nepali Congress has expanded the committee formed to study and present a report on the integration of the then Nepal Democratic Forum and its sister organizations as per the agreement reached during unification between the two parties.
Earlier, the party had on November 6 decided to form a five-member integration committee led party Vice-chair Bimalendra Nidhi. The party on Friday nominated party Vice-chair Bijaya Kumar Gachchadar and central members Mahesh Acharya and Dipak Giri as members, according to party spokesperson Biswaprakash Sharma.
The committee will present its report to the central executive committee. The Gachchadar-led party was merged into the NC on October 15, 2017. RSS
