Kathmandu, Feb. 3: Nilambar Acharya has been appointed the ambassador of India.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Sunday appointed Acharya to the post at the recommendation of the Council of Ministers as per the Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
Also present on the occasion were, Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) Purna Chandra Thapa, Secretary at the office of the President Binod KC, Secretary at the MoFA Shanker Das Bairagi among other high ranking officials. RSS
