Surkhet, June 7: The Karnali provincial government will be presenting its policies and programmes for fiscal year 2018-19 at the provincial assembly on June 8.
The provincial government will table the proposed policies and programmes with a goal for balanced, justified and equal development.
Karnali Government's Spokesperson and Minister for Land Reform, Agriculture and Cooperative, Bimala KC, said the policies and programmes were prepared after discussion with local experts, concerned stakeholders and experts on the subjects of national interest.
KC added that the provincial government will send a letter to the province's chief as per the constitutional provision requiring the provincial head to present the policies and programmes at the provincial assembly session. The provincial assembly's secretariat will also be informed as per the requirement. RSS
