Surkhet, Nov. 20: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Ishwar Pokharel said that the federalism would be institutionalized after the construction of all infrastructures in the country.
Talking to media persons at Surkhet Airport today, DPM Pokharel said all rural municipalities would be linked with national highway network gradually.
On another note, DPM Pokharel, also ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) leader, shared that the all levels' committees would be merged soon as taskforce was working for the same. The CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Centre) are now merged into CPN and their respective local committees are on the process of unification. RSS
