Kathmandu, Dec. 18: Police have arrested a person with gold-like yellow metal from Tribhuvan International Airport today.
The arrested is Amit Ghising, 32, of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-23, according to the Police Headquarters. Police confiscated four biscuits of the yellow metal weighing 116 grams as well as a bangle weighing 150 grams.
Ghising arrived here from Qatar Airways flight was arrested in course of checking at TIA.
Investigation into the case was underway, added police. Meanwhile, police on Monday arrested Samir Koirala, 20, of Gorkha, with one kilogramme of yellow metal with ‘European gold’ written on it from Nilopool at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-4. Further investigation into the case was underway. RSS
