Damak, Nov. 25: Houses built for the flood survivors of the Naya Basti in Kamal rural municipality-2 were handed over on Saturday.
Caritas Nepal, Abhiyan Nepal and the municipality joined hands to build 12 houses for the households displaced by floods two years ago. Each three-room house cost Rs. 200,000 to build, according to coordinator of the construction committee Pratap Subba.
Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of Province No. 1 Hikmat Karki handed over the keys to the houses to the flood survivor families. RSS
