Tractor accident leaves three students dead; four injured

Achham, June 28: At least three students died in a tractor accident at Mulikolgaira in Chaurpati rural municipality-3, Sokat on Wednesday. Three students died and four others were injured in the accident of the tractor (Se 1 Ta 7839) this morning. The deceased have been identified as Ramesh Saud of Chaurpati rural municipality-2, who is also a student of Dashpalle secondary school, Laxmi Saud, a ninth grader of the school, and Kali Saud, an eighth grader, from the same location, informed school teacher Lok Bahadur Bogati. However, driver jumped off the tractor and save him from the tragic accident. Other four injured are being treated at hospital. Detail accounts of the accident are yet to be established, said Janak Bahadur Shahi, chief of District Police Office, Achham and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). Murderer of father penalized Rs 100,000 and 10 year jail A person who killed his father has been sentenced penalty of Rs 100,000 and jail term of 10 years. Achham District Court has issued the order against Prem Dholi of Chaurpati rural municipality-5, Lungra for killing his father with wooden piece. The District Court Achham on Tuesday issued the order against Dholi over a crime case, the District Police Office, Achham said. Prem had killed his father in the night on June 12. RSS
