Kathmandu, Nov. 1: Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare, Bikram Bahadur Thapa has said the latest political developments-- formation of alliances among democratic and leftist parties-- in the country would help get a stable government and lead the country towards prosperity.
Speaking at a programme organised by the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) constituency no. 8 here today, insisted on the need of victory of democratic alliance in the upcoming elections for durable peace and political stability.
The democratic alliance was the need of the hour to protect democratic practices, he said, adding that the upcoming election would bring democratic and nationalist forces to the frontline.
RPP central member Devendra Pradhan said election candidates from the democratic alliance should hold joint programme focusing on the elections and voter's education programmes. RSS
