Kathmandu, Nov. 19: General Secretary of Nepali Congress Dr Shashanka Koirala has opined for managing the reservation to the youths in the politics. He added that the reservation was essential to youth rather ethnic communities to make politics more participatory.
Talking to media persons here in the capital at a function organized by the Sushil Koirala Foundation, leader Koirala said though there is over 60 per cent population below 40 years, they are not getting opportunity in the politics.
He also added that youth should actively participate to energize the party.
On another note, leader Koirala said that the government with two-thirds majority was failing to forward concrete programme.
