Kathmandu, Dec. 17: A probe committee formed to carry out investigation over the role of police officials involved in the investigation over Nirmala Panta murder incident has submitted its report today.
The committee led by AIG Dhiru Basnet submitted the report to Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sarvendra Khanal, said Nepal Police spokesperson SSP Uttam Raj Subedi.
Police sources have stated that the report will be forwarded to the concerned side for further study and its implementation. The committee was formed on September 16.
