At an interaction 'Federalism Implementation, Naming of Province-3 and Capital' held at Bhakunde of Namobuddha municipality in Kavrepalanchowk, Dr Bhattarai noted that reforms would not be possible without democratising the structure of the parties.
He also lambasted the current model of federalism arguing it has been put forward without preparing concrete bases. The Province-3 should be named in a way to keep ethno-cultural identity of Tamangs and Newars which have ethnic majority in the province, he added.
Also speaking on the occasion, Nepali Congress district secretary Dinesh Lama stressed the need to properly implement constitutionally guaranteed rights of all three tiers of governments to enable local level. RSS
