Tripurakot, Dolpa, May 16: Olive plants were planted at the premises of Tripurasundari Bhagawati Temple in Dolpa district for the protection of vanishing botanical species.
Chief administrative officer of Tripurasundari Municipality Bhim Bahadur Dharala and people’s representatives planted the olive plants for the protection of olive plants and promote greenery in the temple area. A total of 100 olive plants were planted as part of olive plants conservation and promotion campaign.
The Tripurasundari Municipality officials said that 1,500 olive plants would be planted covering the entire temple premises in five years by running a campaign. RSS
