Committed to fulfill people's aspiration: Chairman Dahal

Bhaktpur, Oct. 13: Chairman of CPN and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said all sides need to be committed to materialize the national dream of ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali’.
During a greetings exchange programme organized here today, Chairman Dahal asserted that the country must be taken towards prosperity because there were three tiers of stable governments.
According to him, the country is devoted to development and good governance. The relations with the neighbours have been strengthened, he said, adding that time has come to tap the sources to expedite economic growth.
"Government is ready to fulfill the commitments the CPN made before the people during the elections," Chairman Dahal reminded.
Moreover, the former Prime Minister said although it took time to repair the roads in Kathmandu Valley, the government would blacktop the major roads soon.
He informed that a report was prepared by reviewing entire gamut of bilateral relations including 1950 treaty between Nepal and India and the preparation was on to submit it to Prime Ministers from both countries.
"Country has made huge progress after the two communist parties were united and the government formed with two-thirds majority," the Chairman claimed. RSS
