The CIAA on Monday concluded the two-day interaction with people's representatives of Province 3.
Addressing the intercourse, acting CIAA Chief Nabin Kumar Ghimire stressed the need for people's representatives to embrace rules and system for institutionalising and strengthening democracy as local government is the backbone for democracy.

More than 300 people's representatives participated in the interaction. Earlier as part of its drive, the CIAA already held interactions in Province 1 and 2. RSS
