Rainfall to continue till Saturday

Kathmandu, Aug. 25: Rainfall that is active across the country sans Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces will continue till Saturday Morning.

Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces witnessed improvement in weather whereas the other five provinces have been witnessing continuous rainfall for the last two days.  

Meteorologist at the Meteorological Forecasting Division Rojin Lamichhane said that rainfall will remain continuous till the next morning. 

According to him, there seems no chance of improving the weather in Kathmandu Valley and the eastern sides till Saturday afternoon. 

"Now light to moderate rainfall is taking place across the country except Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces." He said, "This trend will continue till Saturday morning and it seems that Kathmandu Valley and eastern sides will see the rainfall on Saturday afternoon too."
