NC joins Madhesh province govt, takes four ministries including finance

Janakpurdham, July 18: Four ministers from the Nepali Congress (NC) have joined the Madhesh Province government on Thursday.

The NC has taken four key ministries in the government led by Janamat Party leader Satish Singh. 

While the Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture, and Cooperatives is being led by NC leader Janardan Singh Chhetri; the Ministry of Finance will be led by Sunil Kumar Yadav. 

Similarly, NC leaders Shesh Narayan Yadav and Kaushal Kishor Rai will lead the Ministry of Energy, Irrigation and Drinking Water and the Ministry of Labor and Transport, respectively.

The new ministers are scheduled to be sworn in at 7 PM this evening.
