Bajhang vehicle accident: Minister Singh dies during treatment

Kathmandu, 20 June: Minister for Law and Justice of the Sudoor Paschim Province, Prithivi Bahadur Singh, his wife and sister-in-law died in a vehicle accident on the way to Bhajhang from Dhangadhi.  

According to the Police, 55 years old sitting minister Singh, his wife Amrita Singh, 50, and sister-in-law Jaya Devi Singh, 55, died in the accident. 

Minister Singh died at the Kohalpur Medical College, whereas, Amrita and Jaya died at the Deurali Policlinic in Bajhang. 

Two others including a driver and the personal security of the minister are also seriously injured and undergoing treatment. 

The vehicle with five persons abroad met an accident at Jharchhada in Kedarsu Rural Municipality in Bhajang. 

Locals said that the vehicle with high speed met an accident and fell 50 meters down the road.
