Biratnagar, Sept. 25: Two ministers and two state ministers of Koshi Province took oath before province chief Parshuram Khapung on Monday.
Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki appointed two ministers and two state ministers on Monday while expanding the cabinet of the province government.
Chief Minister Karki appointed Leela Ballabh Adhikari as Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of Koshi Province, and Buddhi Kumar Rajbhandari as Minister for Water, Energy and Irrigation.
Similarly, Ram Prasad Mahato has been appointed as Minister of State for Agriculture, Industry and Cooperatives and Niran Rai as Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Planning. After the expansion of the cabinet, Koshi Province has a 9-member cabinet.
