Kathmandu, Aug. 18: Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana Deuba, who embarked on a five-day official visit to India, has landed in New Delhi.
Minister Rana was welcomed at the Indiragandhi International Airport by an official at the Ministry of External Affairs of India a while ago
She flew to India at 11:30 am Sunday at the invitation of her Indian counterpart Dr S. Jaishankar.
Minister Rana will hold a meeting with Minister for External Affairs of India Jaishankar and discuss matters of mutual interest for further strengthening Nepal-India relations and promoting cooperation on Monday, according to the Foreign Ministry.
This is the regular exchange of high-level visits between Nepal and India, the Foreign Ministry has said. This visit is expected to further consolidate the age-old, deep, and multifaceted bilateral relations, the Ministry has stated.
Minister Rana will return home on August 22.
