127 people including 118 Nepalis return to Kathmandu from Afghanistan

Kathmandu, Aug. 18: A total of 127 people landed at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu on Tuesday morning. These people, who include 118 Nepalis and nine Indians, were evacuated to Kuwait from Afghanistan on Monday.

Brigadier General Santosh Ballave Poudyal, spokesperson, Nepali Army told that all evacuees have been taken to an isolation centre in Kathmandu and COVID protocols will be followed.-Agencies
